Engine

The smooth gearbox seems considerably more at ease with the increased power, seamlessly shifting into the appropriate gear for quietly driving through town or joining heavier interstate traffic. While the XC60 is never overconfident in this configuration, it is a consummate professional.
Release Date and Price
The 2024 Volvo XC60 is priced at $41,700 for the Momentum trim level with a T5 engine and front-wheel drive. The R-Design will cost $47,850 to upgrade, while the Inscription will cost $49,200. AWD is an additional $2,300 with the base engine. The Momentum begins at $47,500, the R-Design at $53,650, and the Inscription at $55,000 with the more powerful T6 engine. Prices for PHEV vehicles start at $53,500 for the new Inscription Expression and rise to $59,650 for the R-Design and $61,00 for the Inscription trims.
